Constantly acting silly; using foul language; not carrying out a Leader’s instructions, not taking care of materials and equipment.

1. Reprimand by the Section Leader

2. Failure to respond, suspension pending a meeting between the Group Scout Leader and parents.

3. Failure to respond, suspension, reinstatement with written guidelines or expulsion from the group.

Fighting, bullying, vandalising materials, equipment or property.

2. Failure to respond: suspension by the Section Leader pending a meeting between Section Leader, Group Scout Leader and parents.

3. Failure to respond, expulsion from the group.

Proven violation of the law of the country in which an offence has occurred.

1. Suspension from the activity or section pending further meetings and investigations dependant on the severity of the offence.

2. Failure to respond: expulsion from the group.

If any of the above types of behaviour occur whilst attending any activity and a reprimand has been given by the leader, the following action should be taken:

1. No improvement the parents will be contacted and asked that the child be removed from the activity, any costs involved would have to be met by the family.

2. The Group Scout Leader will be contacted prior to Informing the parents
